Where Personal Data is Stored and For How Long
If there is a necessity to download data from a customer’s site, it is stored on a secure online encrypted storage facility. The downloaded data is immediately repaired and sent back to the customer’s site. The copy on our server is removed immediately after being transferred back to the customer. We do not retain copies of customer data beyond the immediate requirement for repair and return.
